The first green Steel Trail race in Zenica will be organized in March
The organizers aim to allow runners from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and runners from the region to enjoy this sport in a race that promotes ecology and environmental protection without the use of plastic during the race. Steel Trail Zenica is only a part of what awaits us in Zenica, and the race itself offers 3 tracks: 2 kilometers, 10 kilometers, and 20 kilometers. Start and finish will be at the Smetovi Monument.
To participate in the races, competitors must have experience in movement in a mountain environment, depending on the path they choose, they must have excellent physical condition and suitable footwear and clothing for movement on the forest, dirt roads, or hiking trails accessories in races. on which the organizer prescribed it as mandatory.
The joint efforts of Modern Escape Europe, i-dijaspora / i-platform, Azimuth 135, and Rijeka BiH - Be Change bring another positive example to Zenica and remind us to enjoy nature, but also to take care of it.
