4. YEP Business Ideas Incubator – Mentoring program IMPAKT - Mentoring support for entrepreneurs

Nisail Halilović is a young entrepreneur from Kladanj, owner of a business venture Klesarstvo. Implementation of a business idea about starting a business in stone carving is the result of this entrepreneur's desire to apply his knowledge and experience in his business venture.

Most of the production assortment of Business venture Klesarstvo consists of tombstones, while one part refers to stone washbasins, slabs and decorative stones, while a special products of this business venture are tombstones for pets. These products provoked interest of foreign partners and this entrepreneur will work in the forthcoming period to prepare preconditions for pre-registration in a limited liability company that would satisfy both manufacturing and other preconditions for export of these products.

With the expansion of the product assortment and export of products, this business venture will ensure production process throughout the whole year.

In the context of mentor support, entrepreneur has the need for mentoring support in the process of networking and opening distribution channels abroad for whole production assortment.

Business idea about development of Business venture Klesarstvo was supported within the YEP Business Ideas Incubator, a comprehensive entrepreneurship development support system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was implemented by the Youth Employment Project (YEP) supported by the Government of Switzerland, in cooperation with 32 local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2018. YEP Business Ideas Incubator supported the establishment and development of over 120 business ventures which are provided with further expert and mentoring support. As part of the implementation of the Mentoring program IMPAKT, Youth Employment Project (YEP) and Organization i-Platform - Diaspora for Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the initiative supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, will work together to find a mentors for participants of the YEP Business Ideas Incubator in Swiss Diaspora.
