5. YEP Business Ideas Incubator – Mentoring program IMPAKT - Mentoring support for entrepreneurs
The product line includes honey with different flavors and mixes, such as honey with black or white chocolate, honey with nuts or in combination with various dried fruits and spices, as well as nettle honey and healthy mix. The entrepreneur Sabina Krivdić realized the idea of expanding her business and introducing a new product line through the YEP business ideas incubator. The founder of this business venture is a Bosnian language lecturer and former journalist.
"Malinica" products are increasingly present in the domestic market and have an increasing number of customers. Recognizing the feedback from customers and the demand for „Malinica“ products by foreigners visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina, entrepreneur Sabina Krivdić has decided to consider exporting products to the foreign market.
In the context of mentor support, the entrepreneur has the need for mentoring support in the process of networking and opening distribution channels abroad for whole production assortment.

Business idea about development of new product line called Medna apoteka (Honey pharmacy) was supported within the YEP Business Ideas Incubator, a comprehensive entrepreneurship development support system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was implemented by the Youth Employment Project (YEP) supported by the Government of Switzerland, in cooperation with 32 local communities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2018. YEP Business Ideas Incubator supported the establishment and development of over 120 business ventures which are provided with further expert and mentoring support. As part of the implementation of the Mentoring program IMPAKT, Youth Employment Project (YEP) and Organization i-Platform - Diaspora for Development of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the initiative supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, will work together to find a mentor for participants of the YEP Business Ideas Incubator in Swiss Diaspora.
