MARE - reappears in theaters! #BacktoCinema

The cinemas are finally opening. After a successful premiere at the renowned Berlinale Film Festival in the Panorama section on 23.2.2020, MARE is returning to cinemas in Switzerland after Lockdown.
MARE film! After a successful world premiere at the Berlinale, the new film by Andrea Štaka (Golden Leopard for "Das Fräulein") will be released again on 6th of June in Swiss cinemas!

MARE is a Swiss-Croatian co-production, with the support of SRF, ZDF/ARTE, and actual making of the movie took place in Konavle (Dubrovnik) with the participation of many from Croatia, Switzerland and Bosnia and Herzegovina! 

Cast: Marija Škaričić, Goran Navojec, Mateusz Kościukiewicz, Ivana Roščić, Zdenko Jelčić, Nikša Butijer i Mirjana Karanović.

"Mare has never flown before, although she lives right next to the airport with her husband and three teenage children. She loves her family, even if it sometimes gets on her nerves. Mare longs for her own job and more independence. Her husband is her childhood love, but when one day a younger man moves into the house next door, Mare crosses a border."
