REconomistas Community of Practice organizes an international workshop for the exchange of experiences in working with participatory methods for creating positive economic changes in the local and regional economic context, and it will be held on June 16 from 13 - 15h. The workshop is organized online, and one of the speakers will be Nikola Burić, Executive Director of the i-diaspora. On this occasion, Burić will talk about the crowdinvestment action that was recently conducted in Kladanj, in the local community where the i-diaspora operates through numerous projects.

Also, apart from Burić, those interested will be addressed by Mel Bivar, Monica Picavêa, Cécile Devroye and Jay Tompt.

Attendees will be presented with practices from Brazil, Japan, Luxembourg, Switzerland and UK who are running 'Local Entrepreneur Forums', 'Community of Dragons', 'CoDev's and other programmes that mobilise local knowhow, social capital, networks, and financial resources for local economic transformation.
