In addition to representatives of the diaspora originally from Kladanj, the lecture was attended by many citizens, especially women who wanted to get acquainted with the challenges of today's market, turbulent business environment, competition, etc. This was an ideal opportunity for participants to learn the essentials of lateral entrepreneurship, then, to encourage their own creativity, and, perhaps, change the current way of thinking about any potential business.

The three-hour lecture, led by Nermin Zejnilović, interested citizens of all ages.

However, in addition to the potential development of certain businesses, they also talked about the already developed models of the Association of "Women to Women", about eco-production launched by valuable members of the Association, as well as branding their products and possible marketing.

The workshop is just the beginning. Realizing the importance of such lectures and spreading awareness of the importance of developing and supporting business ideas, it was agreed to hold future lectures, workshops and other forms of education aimed at motivating and educating fellow citizens.
