We provide life-changing scholarships/fellowships that build capacity and connect youth to the rest of the professional world. To date we have helped hundreds of young people studying technical sciences achieve their dreams by providing them with the most comprehensive and encompassing professional development program in the country. Every single one of our students who have graduated are employed and 90% of them have stayed in Bosnia & Herzegovina. These young people, well educated, highly capable, deeply respectful and tolerant are the changemakers we desperately need. They give back because they also believe in our mission.
