Have you ever been to Mostar?

Well, we did, and it was unforgettable.

Have you ever been to Mostar? Well, we did, and it was unforgettable. As part of the "Youth Voice: Herzegovina Calling" project, we—a group made up of a few Bosnian's and a few Swiss people—dove into the heart of this historic city to capture its essence through a unique lens.

Our mission was simple yet challenging: film a video that tells the story of Mostar from both a tourist’s and a local’s perspective. Armed with cameras and creativity, we roamed the city, from the famous Stari Most to hidden local spots. Filming wasn’t just work; it was an exploration filled with laughter and new discoveries, helping us see Mostar in ways we never imagined.

But it wasn’t all about the camera. We plunged into the cool waters of the Neretva River, savoring the thrill of swimming under the warm Herzegovinian sun. We wandered through the old town, where every cobblestone street and market stall whispered tales of the past. And let’s not forget the food—endless plates of cevapi and baklava, each bite a taste of Bosnia’s rich culture.

In between all this, we played games, swapped stories, and forged friendships that will last long after this project ends. This wasn’t just a project; it was a journey of connection, creativity, and cultural exchange.

So, have you ever been to Mostar? If not, you’re missing out. But don’t worry—our video will bring a piece of it to you.
