This presentation will discuss the importance of intra-entrepreneurship for corporations and their employees. In introduction part, we will talk about the Kickbox method in corporate innovation to activate employees and create valuable business models for companies. This open source code method was developed by Adobe and has been applied by thousands of companies around the world. This method is believed to have the potential to play a significant role in strengthening intra-entrepreneurship and corporate innovation in BiH.
Mineta Galijašević
Employed in the Research and Development Department at Siemens in Sweden, where she also leads an intra-entrepreneurship project. She is also a PhD candidate in the study of intra-entrepreneurship at Linköping University. She previously worked as a management consultant at Propia AB in Sweden.
Nedim Efendić
Co-founder of Scaleprocess AB, an entrepreneurial consulting company specializing in helping companies boost growth. He previously served as a lecturer and researcher on entrepreneurship at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Webinar will be organized via Zoom application, and all registered participants will be provided with an access link on the day of the webinar. Participation in the webinar is free for all representatives of the business community and employees of Bosnia and Herzegovina companies that makes an application by filling out an online application form. The number of places is limited to the first 100 registered participants, which is why on time registration is recommended.
