The first "Stolac Meetup" was held: Trust between the motherland and the diaspora is our imperative!
We are very proud of the fact that Herzegovinians also recognized the importance of our project, and that the news about it spread quite quickly among the diaspora. Thanks to the positive reviews, we had the opportunity to talk to people living in different parts of the world, and hear from our diaspora what, in their opinion, are the problems in this local community, but also listen to suggestions on how to improve everyday life.
The participants of the Meetup promised to pass on the news of its holding to their friends from this city, and that they will also work on increasing the number of participants in the "Stolac Meetup" from month to month. They are also very happy to decide to be part of the i-diaspora network, which they believe is innovative, unique and successful, both at the local, national and regional levels.
Seeing the positive reactions, we also scheduled a new "Stolac Meetup" that night, which should take place in June. And then the diaspora from Stolac will be more than welcome.
