Recently, there have been evident shifts in activities related to tourism development. Every activity and step taken with the aim of positioning it at a higher level, are justified by concrete tourist results. There are few places like the mountain Konjuh where nature was so generous and gave it everything that makes it attractive and acceptable to athletes, recreationists, and those whose senses are eager for enjoyment and tranquility in the natural beauty.
The huge natural wealth of Konjuh mountain consists of beautiful landscape values and the richness of watercourses where the most famous "Male Water", Spider Lake, unsurpassed speleological objects, the far-famed "Girl's Cave" and rich in jewelry and certainly the most beautiful in BiH "Bebravska Cave". Also in a relatively small area a great wealth of flora (protected plant species - lynx, dormouse) and fauna (protected animal species - black grouse, brown bear, ibex).
Another feature of the tourist offer of the Municipality of Kladanj is the ski lift and ski resort "Karaula" which is the only ski resort of its kind in the Tuzla Canton and this part of the Federation of BiH. This is the most visited and most popular tourist destination during the winter months in the Tuzla Canton and the region of northeastern Bosnia and Herzegovina. Something by which Kladanj is recognizable are tombstones, of which there are 598 in this area and they are arranged in 57 necropolises. The most famous necropolis of tombstones, which is included in the UNESCO list of protected objects, is located at the Kuman Olovci site.
The recently built ferrata "Paolo Dieci" near Kladanj in Brateljevići, has enriched the tourist offer that will attract a large number of visitors, those who are eager for challenges and who like to enjoy nature. That this is the case is evidenced by the large number of climbers registered in the book of impressions even before the official opening of ViaFerrate, over 500 of them from the countries of the region and beyond.
In order to enable visitors and tourists to enjoy all the values and beauties of Konjuh and the municipality of Kladanj, the association KonjuhLab was founded, which with its members (numerous sports and mountaineering associations, representatives of public institutions, and other associations and individuals) guarantees that all tourist visits will be professionally done by service providers (accommodation, transport, food, guides) through the organization of hiking, walking, mountaineering, cycling tours to recreational family walks and enjoying the natural, cultural and historical sights of the Protected Landscape Konjuh.
