A memorandum on mutual cooperation between the Municipality of Kladanj and the i-platform based in Bern, was signed on December 17th in Kladanj, which formalized our successful cooperation. The signatories of the Memorandum are the Mayor of Kladanj, Mr. Jusuf Čavkunović and the Executive Director of the i-platform, Mr. Nikola Burić, on whose behalf the representative of the i-platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ms. Dalida Karabdić, spoke.

The signing of the memorandum will seek to improve cooperation in the implementation of joint activities and projects, which will contribute to strengthening ties between the diaspora from Kladanj and the local community.

"The i-platform in Kladanj will soon open its office, because we certainly plan, in addition to implementing the action plan, to establish good cooperation between the municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Switzerland," said Karabdić on this occasion.

Thanks to huge efforts and constant activities, the i-platform and the Kladanj diaspora, supported by institutions, have already recorded successes, and certainly the most important is the reconstruction of central heating in the only Kladanj kindergarten "Edina Čamdžić".

However, as we have emphasized before, we certainly do not plan to stop there, so we have reserved the next activities for the very beginning of next year, and we will talk about this in more detail at the next "Kladanj Meet Up" event, which we booked for January 14th.
