In order to better organize this event, the team working on this event gathers for weekly meetings. So it was this time.

A 27-year-old Ivana Čulić is a graduate student at the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology of the University of Ljubljana. As someone who is curious and always willing to learn new things, Ivana has already set her priorities straight – in the near future she would like to pass exams and graduate from the Faculty, and in the next 10 years she would like to map waterways in Bosnia and Herzegovina, analyze them, and preserve them by designing a sustainable and efficient waterway protection model.

“Our main goal is to become a recognizable symbol of Zenica, Central Bosnia, and the whole country of Bosnia and Herzegovina because we are already famous and acknowledged for the fact that our animals are all free and that they can retreat from any visitor if they feel like it. In that sense, our farm is not a classic zoo because here animals are the ones that observe the people, and not vice versa.”

Our representative, Dalida Karabdić, initiated a field visit to Kladanj, which was realized within the project "Power of the Local". The "Power of the Local" project was implemented by the "Peacebuilding Network" Association. On that occasion, many important activities carried out in the organization and partnership with the i-platform were emphasized.
