It is certainly a big step to decide to return to Bosnia and Herzegovina and start a new career and a new life after education, growing up and employment in Switzerland. This is the step that Nedžad Alić, a businessman from Bern, decided to take. He shared his experience with i-platform.

Youth Employment Project (YEP) has been implemented since 2008 by the GOPA mbH, a German company, via its branch office in BiH with the support of the Swiss Government - Embassy of Switzerland.
